Added project structure for IzTek.Platform.Yok using Vertical Slice Architecture. Implemented CQRS abstractions, MediatR pipeline behaviors, Carter endpoints, FluentValidation, and Result pattern. Integrated OpenTelemetry for observability, health checks, and centralized exception handling. Provided sample "Yok" feature with SOAP integration, localization resources, environment configuration, Docker support, GitLab CI pipeline, and editor config.
